Cancellation Policy
At house of vanity we require a minimum of 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule before the beginning of any appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the booking appointment value. Cancellation without proper notice prohibits other clients to fill the slots to ensure cancellation policy is held up, I require a credit card to hold an appointment while booking. However, you will not be charged until your appointment is complete. Thank you for your comprehension and collaboration and adhering to our policy.
